Generally, recruits are offered product training, concentrating on two to three supplemental health and Life products and have access to online training 24/7. Agents are also given field training with their Unit or Branch Manager to see how they conduct a sales presentation. In addition, Home Office training seminars are held bi-monthly for new Agents and managers.
